SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms describe the framework for requests, scope, pricing, payment, delivery, client duties, privacy and dispute handling.

International document workspace representing service terms

1. Contracting entity and contact

The legal entity providing the service, its registered address, registration details and contract contact must be identified before launch. The owner must replace any missing business details with verified information.

2. Acceptance of terms

Submitting a request confirms that the customer has read these terms and asks the provider to assess the request. Work is not accepted until the scope, fee, delivery estimate and applicable terms are confirmed in writing.

3. Order of precedence

A written order confirmation or signed statement of work controls over general catalogue wording where it expressly identifies a conflict. Any change must be recorded in writing.

4. Service descriptions

Catalogue descriptions explain typical service scope and are not a promise that every item is suitable for every purpose or jurisdiction.

5. Document preparation

Document preparation may include formatting, organizing information, converting supplied details into an agreed template, or preparing an agreed document output.

6. Drafting scope

Drafting is limited to the written instructions, deliverables and revision limits confirmed for the order. Unlisted advice, research, negotiation or representation is excluded unless expressly agreed.

7. Jurisdiction selection

The customer must accurately identify the country, state, province, territory, governing law and intended use where relevant. A country selector alone may not capture every legal requirement.

8. No automatic legal representation

The service does not create a lawyer-client relationship or an agency, fiduciary, partnership or employment relationship unless a separate valid written agreement and applicable law establish one.

9. Regulated activities

Court representation, reserved legal advice, notarization, witnessing, certification, filing, translation certification, immigration representation and other regulated activities are not included unless lawful and specifically confirmed.

10. Customer information

The customer must provide complete, accurate, current and internally consistent instructions and supporting materials.

11. Authority to share

The customer warrants that they have authority or another lawful basis to share all submitted information, records, signatures, images and third-party personal data.

12. Third-party rights

The customer must not provide materials in breach of confidentiality, copyright, privacy, court orders, professional duties or other legal restrictions.

13. Identity and verification

The provider may request proportionate verification where needed to prevent fraud, confirm authority, meet legal obligations or safely perform the order.

14. Children and vulnerable persons

Requests involving minors or persons needing a legal representative may require proof of authority, guardian consent or specialist review before acceptance.

15. Prohibited requests

The provider may refuse requests intended to facilitate fraud, impersonation, forgery, unlawful evasion, harassment, unlawful discrimination or other illegal conduct.

16. Scope confirmation

The order confirmation should state the deliverable, format, jurisdiction, language, source materials, assumptions, exclusions, revision count and acceptance method.

17. Price basis

Catalogue prices are indicative starting estimates. The final quote depends on complexity, length, jurisdiction, urgency, language, source material quality and agreed review.

18. Currency and conversion

Local currency displays may use configured exchange rates and may not be live. The confirmed order quote and payment instructions identify the actual payable currency and amount.

19. Taxes and third-party fees

Taxes, payment processing, notarization, government fees, courier charges, translations and other third-party costs are included only if expressly listed in the quote.

20. Payment authorization

Customers must pay only through a payment destination confirmed by the provider for the particular order. A generic payment page may not automatically carry an order ID or price.

21. Payment timing

The order confirmation states whether a deposit, full advance, milestone or post-delivery payment applies. Work may be paused while a due payment remains outstanding.

22. Payment evidence

Customers should retain receipts and order references. The provider should issue a receipt or invoice where required by applicable law and its actual invoicing process.

23. Refund eligibility

Refund rights depend on the contract, the stage of performance and mandatory consumer law. Any advertised non-refundable fee cannot override statutory rights.

24. Cancellation by customer

A customer may request cancellation in writing. The provider will calculate any lawful amount due for completed work, committed costs and applicable cancellation rights, as stated in the order confirmation.

25. Cancellation by provider

The provider may decline or stop work for illegality, safety, conflict, non-payment, missing essential information, inability to verify authority or a material scope mismatch, subject to applicable law and fair refund handling.

26. Customer delays

Delivery estimates may be extended when instructions, approvals, source materials, verification or responses are late or incomplete.

27. Delivery estimates

A delivery estimate begins only after the provider confirms the order and receives the required information and payment milestone. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed.

28. Delivery method

The order confirmation identifies the delivery channel, file format and recipient. Customers must keep contact details current and check spam or quarantine folders.

29. Review and acceptance

Customers should review the delivered output promptly against the agreed scope and report specific errors within the review period stated in the order confirmation.

30. Corrections and revisions

Included corrections are limited to the agreed scope and revision count. New facts, changed instructions, additional clauses or a new jurisdiction may require a revised quote.

31. No outcome guarantee

The provider does not guarantee acceptance by a court, government agency, bank, employer, counterparty, registry, platform or other recipient.

32. Customer final review

The customer remains responsible for checking names, dates, amounts, facts, legal requirements, signatures, witnesses, execution formalities and suitability before use.

33. Intellectual property in supplied materials

The customer retains rights they own in materials they provide and grants only the limited permission needed to perform the agreed service.

34. Deliverable rights

The order confirmation must specify whether the customer receives ownership, a licence or other usage rights in the final deliverable. Rights in pre-existing templates, tools and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.

35. Confidentiality

Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and disclose it only as needed to perform the order, comply with law or as otherwise authorized.

36. No absolute secrecy promise

No online transmission or storage method is risk-free. The provider must describe actual safeguards accurately and must not claim absolute security or privilege unless legally and factually justified.

37. Personal data

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. The provider must disclose relevant purposes, recipients, retention and rights before collecting data where required.

38. Sensitive information

Customers should minimize sensitive data and use only an approved secure channel. The provider may request redaction or refuse materials that are unnecessary or cannot be safely handled.

39. Data retention

Records are retained only under the published retention schedule, applicable legal duties, dispute needs and legitimate business requirements. Specific periods must be verified before publication.

40. Third-party providers

Email, cloud hosting, file-transfer, payment, analytics and other vendors may process data under their own terms. Material vendors and transfers must be disclosed as required by law.

41. Cross-border transfers

International handling of information may be subject to transfer restrictions or safeguards. The provider must implement required mechanisms where applicable and must not imply all transfers are automatically lawful.

42. Security incidents

The provider will follow applicable incident response and notification duties if a security incident occurs. This clause does not waive rights or replace statutory notification obligations.

43. Website availability

The website and catalogue may be updated, interrupted or unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Offline alternatives and order status will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

44. Accuracy of catalogue

The provider may correct typographical errors, duplicate entries or inaccurate descriptions. A correction does not remove mandatory consumer rights or override a confirmed order without proper notice.

45. Bulk and negotiated work

Bulk discounts and custom rates apply only when recorded in a written quote. Volume does not automatically guarantee identical delivery times or suitability across jurisdictions.

46. Complaints and escalation

Customers should raise concerns through the published contact channel with the order reference and requested remedy. Any mandatory regulator, ombudsman or consumer complaint route remains available.

47. Liability and mandatory rights

Any limitation of liability must be reasonable, explicit and permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

48. Indemnity limits

Any customer indemnity must be limited to losses caused by the customer’s breach, unlawful instructions or infringement, and must remain subject to applicable law and fair causation principles.

49. Force majeure

A party is not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control if it gives notice and takes reasonable steps to reduce the effect. Accrued payment obligations and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

50. Governing law and venue

The governing law and dispute forum must be identified in the final order terms after legal review. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or access to a competent regulator or court.

51. Changes to terms

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where required, communicated or accepted before they apply to existing orders.

52. Severability and waiver

If a clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a right once is not a permanent waiver.

53. Entire agreement and language

The confirmed order and these terms form the agreement for the stated service, subject to mandatory law. The authoritative language must be identified if translations are supplied.

54. Review and publication control

These terms must be checked against actual workflows, refund practices, insurance, security controls, business identity and the laws of target markets before publication.

Questions or requests should be sent through the website's Contact page. Do not send sensitive identity, financial, health, privileged or confidential records until the approved secure submission channel and handling arrangements are confirmed.
